The Parent & Me Group is a supportive space designed for parents, caregivers, and children ages 0-5 with Down syndrome. Our group provides:

• A safe and nurturing environment for families to connect.

• A chance to share experiences, celebrate milestones, and learn from one another.

Whether you’re a new parent or have been on this journey for a while, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

WHAT WE OFFER

Each session is designed to benefit both parents and children. Activities include:

  • Parent Discussions: A chance to share challenges, triumphs, and advice with other caregivers.
  • Community Bonding: Opportunities to connect with other families in a relaxed, supportive setting.

We welcome parents, grandparents, siblings and other caregivers to participate. Every session is about celebrating the unique journey of parenting.
