From the first diagnosis to milestone moments—these stories show the impact of belonging.
“Volunteering with KDSN has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Seeing the joy on families’ faces and knowing I played even a small part in that means everything. This organization is built on love, and you feel it in every event, every hug, every smile.”

Ryan M.
Volunteer
“When we first received our daughter’s diagnosis, we felt overwhelmed and isolated. KDSN welcomed us with open arms. From the first welcome basket to the family gatherings, we’ve found lifelong friendships and a true sense of belonging. I honestly don’t know where we’d be without this community.”
