Join us for a powerful day of celebration, connection, and inclusion at the 2025 Walk for a Million Dreams — where over 2,000 attendees are expected to gather in support of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
As a vendor or exhibitor, you won’t just be setting up a booth — you’ll be creating meaningful moments. Whether you’re a nonprofit, small business, maker, or self-advocate, your presence helps bring resources, joy, and visibility to a community that deeply values connection.
Your vendor fee helps us keep admission affordable for families — many of whom are navigating complex challenges. Thanks to generous partners like you, we welcomed 1,500+ attendees in 2024, and this year we’re planning for even more.
Vendor options and pricing
Community Partner Vendor – $100
Nonprofit Organizations
Join us in supporting local families! This option includes a 12×12 booth space and event admission for 2 representatives. Open to 501(c)(3) nonprofits or agencies offering resources or services to attendees.
Business Vendor – $200
For-Profit Businesses
Connect with families and show your support for inclusion! Includes a 12×12 booth space and event admission for 2 people. Open to businesses promoting services or products.
Marketplace Vendor – $200
Retail & Handmade Goods
Sell your products in a high-energy, inclusive environment! Includes a 12×12 booth space and event admission for 2 people. Open to makers, artisans, and retail vendors.
Public Agency Partner – Free
Schools, City/County Departments, etc.
We welcome schools and public agencies to participate at no cost. Includes a 12×12 booth space and admission for 2 representatives.
Self-Advocate Vendor – Free
Entrepreneurs with Down Syndrome
We celebrate the talents and drive of individuals with Down syndrome! This free vendor option is reserved for business owners with Down syndrome who want to showcase and sell their products or services. Includes a 12×12 booth space and event admission for 2 people.

Register to attend
