Monthly family gathering
Held on the first Saturday of every month from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, our Monthly Family Gatherings are a cornerstone of connection and education within our community. Free and open to the public, these gatherings feature a variety of speakers, panels, and resources designed to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Each month offers a chance to learn, ask questions, and connect with other families and professionals in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Ages 0-5
Parent & Me
Our Parent & Me Group is created especially for families of children with Down syndrome ages 0-5. These free gatherings offer a welcoming space to build connections, celebrate milestones, and navigate the early years together. Through play, conversation, and shared experiences, families find support, resources, and a strong sense of belonging every step of the way.
Ages 13-20
Teen Tribe
Friendship, laughter, and community are at the heart of Teen Tribe. This inclusive group welcomes teens of all abilities aged 13-20 to come together for fun activities, shared experiences, and new friendships. We host casual, affordable events throughout the year, providing a supportive space where every teen is valued, celebrated, and encouraged to be themselves.
Ages 21 and over
Adult Allies
Adult Allies brings adults of all abilities aged 21 and over together for friendship, community, and connection. Through casual meetups and social events, we offer opportunities to share experiences, celebrate milestones, and create meaningful moments that turn into lasting friendships. Events are affordable and designed to welcome everyone.

Once Upon a Runway
Once Upon a Runway brings a storybook dream to life, celebrating the beauty, confidence, and individuality of people with Down syndrome. Held each March in honor of World Down Syndrome Day, this enchanting fashion show invites our models to step into the spotlight, walk the runway, and share their magic with the world. Every smile, every stride, and every moment creates a chapter in a story worth celebrating — one filled with hope, pride, and community spirit.

Walk for a Million Dreams
Walk for a Million Dreams empowers our community to reach higher, dream bigger, and build a more inclusive world. Held every October in honor of Down Syndrome Awareness Month, this inspiring event brings together families, friends, and supporters to celebrate achievements, raise critical funds, and honor the voices and contributions of individuals with Down syndrome.

Central valley down syndrome summit – CVDSS
Our Central Valley Down Syndrome Summit (CVDSS) is designed to equip families, caregivers, educators, and professionals with knowledge, resources, and tools for every stage of the journey. Through expert-led sessions and community connections, attendees will gain valuable insights on health, education, advocacy, and lifelong support — all tailored specifically to the Down syndrome community.
