Volunteer with us
When you give your time, you help build something truly meaningful.
The Walk for a Million Dreams is our biggest event of the year, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of an incredible team of volunteers. With over 2,000 attendees expected and dozens of activity zones, vendor booths, and moving parts, this event is truly a community-wide effort — and we’re calling on you to be part of it.
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or joining us for the first time, your time and energy help make this day inclusive, joyful, and unforgettable for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
Why Volunteer?
By volunteering, you’re not just helping run an event—you’re helping build a world where everyone is included, supported, and celebrated. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people, gain experience, and have fun while making a real impact.
Your support makes it possible for Kern Down Syndrome Network to offer life-changing programs, host inclusive events, and empower individuals with Down syndrome to shine—on Walk day and every day.
Together, we’re walking for a million dreams… and we can’t do it without YOU.
